MEMORANDUM OF CONSIDERATION OF APPLICATION BEFORE THE AFBCMR 

 

SUBJECT: APPLICANT 

 

 Having carefully reviewed this application, we agree with the recommendation of the 
Air Force office of primary responsibility and adopt the rationale expressed as the basis for 
our decision that the applicant has been the victim of either an error or an injustice. 
Therefore, under the authority delegated in AFI 36-2603, the applicant's records will be 
corrected as set forth in the accompanying Memorandum for the Chief of Staff signed by the 
Executive Director of the Board or his designee.

MEMORANDUM FOR THE CHIEF OF STAFF 

 

 Under the authority of Section 1552, Title 10, United States Code and Air Force 
Instruction 36-2603, and having assured compliance with the provisions of the above regulation, 
the decision of the Air Force Board for Correction of Military Records is announced, and it is 
directed that: 

 

 The pertinent military records of the Department of the Air Force relating , be corrected to show that: 

 

 a. Two (2) days of leave be added to his current leave account. 

 

 b. The 48 month extension executed on 28 March 2003 be, and hereby is, declared 
void. 

c. He was honorably discharged on 27 March 2003, and reenlisted in the Regular Air 
Force on 28 March 2003 for a period of three (3) years and 26 months, with entitlement to a 
Zone C, Multiple 0.5, Selective Reenlistment Bonus (SRB) based on three (3) years of 
continuous service. 

 

d. His 20 July 2006 reenlistment in the Regular Air Force for a period of three (3) 
years and 33 months, be, and hereby is, declared void. 

 

e. He was honorably discharged on 19 April 2008 and reenlisted in the Regular Air 
Force on 20 April 2008 for a period of four (4) years.
