They state that the applicant provided evidence supporting the invalidation of the FA test in question. In the interest of justice and based on the limitations provided by her medical provider, they recommend the cardio, push-up and sit-up components be corrected to reflect “Exempt”. As a result, her score will reflect an “Excellent”. The complete DPSIM evaluation is at Exhibit C. ________________________________________________________________ _ APPLICANT'S REVIEW OF AIR FORCE EVALUATION: A copy of the Air Force evaluation was forwarded to the applicant on 14 Dec 12 for review and comment within 30 days. As of this date, this office has received no response. ________________________________________________________________ _ THE BOARD CONCLUDES THAT: 1. The applicant has exhausted all remedies provided by existing law or regulations. 2. The application was timely filed. 3. Sufficient relevant evidence has been presented to demonstrate the existence of error or injustice warranting partial relief. We note the applicant has requested to have the entire FA test dated 27 Jul 12 removed from her records. Based on the Medical Providers restrictive physical limitations on the applicant and the recommendation by the Air Force office of primary responsibility, we believe the cardio, push-up, and sit- up components should be corrected to reflect “exempt” in the AFFMS. Our recommended change will result in an overall composite fitness score of 100.00, “EXCELLENT”. Accordingly, we recommend the records be corrected as indicated below. ________________________________________________________________ _ THE BOARD RECOMMENDS THAT: The pertinent military records of the Department of the Air Force relating to APPLICANT be corrected to show that the cardio, push- up, and sit-up components of her Fitness Assessment dated 27 July 2012, reflect “exempt” in the Air Force Fitness Management System. ________________________________________________________________ _ The following members of the Board considered AFBCMR Docket Number BC-2012-04663 in Executive Session on 18 Jun 13, under the provisions of AFI 36-2603: , Panel Chair , Member , Member All members voted to correct the records, as recommended.
