Her DD Form 214 shows she served in Iraq in support of Iraqi Freedom during the period 13 January 2004 to 22 February 2005. She was honorably released from active duty and transferred to the U.S. Army Reserve Control Group (Reinforcement), St. Louis, Missouri on 10 January 2006. The applicant contends that her DD Form 214 should be corrected to show award of three bronze service stars for serving in Operation Iraqi Freedom and award of the Combat Action Badge. 2. The available evidence shows the applicant served in Operation Iraqi Freedom II during two campaigns. Therefore, she is entitled to correction of her DD Form 214 to show award of two bronze service stars to be worn on her already awarded Iraq Campaign Medal. 3. Orders show the applicant was awarded the Combat Action Badge for actively engaging or being engaged by the enemy on 9 June 2004.
