The applicant’s records accurately reflect one year, three months, and two days of foreign service credit based on his assignment to Italy from 9 May 67 through 10 Aug 68. Although they can verify he was TDY to Korea on 1 Apr 1970 based on his medical records, there was no other documentation to determine how long he was actually in country. Insufficient relevant evidence has been presented to demonstrate the existence of an error or injustice regarding the applicant’s contention he served at Kunsan AB, Korea for six months from November 1969 to May 1970. We took notice of the applicant's complete submission in judging the merits of the case; however, we agree with the opinion and recommendation of the Air Force office of primary responsibility (OPR) and adopt its rationale as the basis for our conclusion that the applicant has not adequately documented that the length of time he served in Korea.
