The 14 June 2011 DD Form 214 incorrectly shows her date of enlistment in the Regular Army and entry onto active duty as the date of her enlistment in the ARNG, 25 January 2002. It is appropriate to correct this error to show a date of entry on the DD Form 214 of 8 April 2008 BOARD VOTE: ____X____ ____X____ ____X____ GRANT FULL RELIEF ________ ________ ________ GRANT PARTIAL RELIEF ________ ________ ________ GRANT FORMAL HEARING ________ ________ ________ DENY APPLICATION BOARD DETERMINATION/RECOMMENDATION: The Board determined that the evidence presented was sufficient to warrant a recommendation for relief.
