THE BOARD CONSIDERED THE FOLLOWING EVIDENCE:

1.  Application for correction of military records (with supporting documents provided, if any).

2.  Military Personnel Records and advisory opinions (if any).

CONSIDERATION OF ADDITIONAL EVIDENCE:

10.  On 14 December 2017, an official with the CAARNG requested ABCMR clarify the final determination regarding the decision of the Army Board for Correction of Military Records (ABCMR) in Docket Number AR20170002517, dated 25 May 2017. Specifically, the official requested the ABCMR correct the record to show the applicant was not discharged on 27 January 2010. 
   
11.  The evidence submitted consists of a copy of the applicant’s transfer orders and discharge orders.  

ADDITIONAL DISCUSSION:

9.  At the time of the decision of the ABCMR in Docket Number AR20170002517, dated 25 May 2017, it was the intent of the ABCMR to make the applicant's record as administratively correct as it should properly have been at the time.  

10.  Paragraph 5 (Length of Service Relative to the Incentive(s)) of the Discussion in ABCMR Docket Number AR20170002517, dated 25 May 2017, erroneously states the applicant was discharged on 27 July 2010.  

11.  Orders show he was transferred to the ING on 27 July 2010 and discharged from the Army National Guard on 14 August 2012.
