The applicant states, in effect, a memorandum, issued by HRC, was uploaded in his interactive Personnel Electronic Records Management System (iPERMS) record, but this document does not belong to him, but to. His social security number is close to that of the CW4, which probably created the error in the first place. He is a first sergeant (1SG) and his SSN is, the CW4 SSN is, which is the name and SSN listed on the document he would like removed. Furthermore, he is not a Chief or pilot. This document was erroneously entered into his record, which he would like to have removed. 2. The applicant is currently on active duty in the Regular Army. 3. The applicant provides an email from HRC, dated 28 December 2021, which states, once an official document has been properly filed in the OMPF, it is presumed to be administratively correct and to have been filed by competent authority. He will have to apply to the Army Review Boards Agency to correct any errors or remove injustices from his military records. 4. The applicant’s service record reflects an enlisted record brief, which shows: he enlisted in the RA on 5 September 2000; he has never been an aviation officer or chief warrant officer in the RA; and his SSN is and not. 5. AR 600-8-104 states the AMHRR includes, but is not limited to, the Official Military Personnel File (OMPF), finance-related documents, and non-service related documents deemed necessary to store by the Army. It provides that once properly filed in the OMPF, a document becomes a permanent part of that file. The document will not be removed from the OMPF or moved to another part of the OMPF unless directed by competent authority. BOARD DISCUSSION: After reviewing the application, all supporting documents, and the evidence found within the applicant's military records, the Board found that relief was warranted. The evidence of record conforms the applicant’s AMHRR contains a document that does not belong to him. It belongs to a different Soldier and should be removed from his service record.
