EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The applicant was discharged for misconduct due to a pattern of misconduct in the Summer of 2010.
The applicant received two NJP's within a four month period. Additionally, the applicant's record contains documentation of numerous counseling 
attempts and repeated failures on the part of the applicant to comply with military orders and responsibilities.
The applicant was properly; notified of the intent to discharge and afforded due process in accordance with applicable policy. The Board finds that 
the applicant's character of service and reenlistment code are justified based upon the repeated misconduct, and the applicant's performance and 
conduct failures.
The applicant has not substantiated any error or inequity.
