The applicant was found by Customs Border Protection in possession of a THC substance. Thereafter, the applicant admitted to smoking the substance earlier in the day. The CBP officers also found barbiturates and ephedrine in the applicant's vehicle. Pursuant to policy, the applicant was recommended for Discharge due to a drug incident. The applicant did not object to the command's discharge notification.
