A statement was made while objecting to the discharge. The member was discharged with the SPD code of JKA due to the variety of misconduct during the period of service. The applicant states that the command recommended an Honorable Discharge, although all the separation documents read with a recommendation for a General Discharge. The applicant received a General, Under Honorable Conditions Discharge with an RE4 reentry code. The Board does note that the DD-214 incorrectly cites the Separation Authority.
