EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

The applicant was discharged for the Narrative Reason of Triable By Court Martial in the summer of 2009.

Prior to discharge, the applicant was facing a General Court-Martial proceeding stemming from sexual assault 
charges in 2008. While the applicant professes their innocence,  a Discharge  'For  the Good of  the Service'  with 
an Under Other Than Honorable character of service was accepted in lieu of the military  justice and proceeding 
and punishment.

The Board finds no issues with propriety or equity in this case.



RECOMMENDATION: The Board members thoroughly reviewed the applicant's record of service and all 
available documentation. The Board deemed that the applicant's character of service, reason for separation and 
reenlistment code are appropriate and should not be changed. The applicant has not substantiated any error or 
inequity.
