The Board noted that the Applicant was involved in 2 Alcohol Incidents. The first alcohol incident was in February 2008, when the Applicant drove his vehicle off the road (the Applicant did not receive a DUI). The second alcohol incident occurred in May 2009, when the Applicant was witnessed consuming alcohol after they was directed by medical authority to abstain from alcohol. The Board has no issues with propriety in this case. On the equity standard, the board referred to ALCOAST 125/10 to make a recommendation. The Board notes most or all separations occurring after said ALCOAST to the present only issue a RE3 Reentry Code.
