EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The Applicant was discharged in June of 2013. The Applicant's Character of Service is Honorable and the 
Narrative Reason for Separation is Pattern of Misconduct.

The reason for the Applicant's separation was Two (2) Non Judicial Punishments within 24 months and being 
on a probationary period while committing both offenses. The Applicant failed to report on 14 December 2012 
to their appointed place of duty causing Non Judicial Punishment on 30 January 2013. On 20 February 2013, 
the Applicant received Non Judicial Punishment for being Absent without leave on 04 February 2013. The 
Applicant was absent without leave after missing a duty day due to an arrest by a Police Department in Texas.


Propriety:	Discharge was proper.
Equity:	Discharge was equitable at the time issued.
Final Adjudication by Assistant Commandant for Human Resources: Concur with the Board. No relief.
