EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

The Applicant was discharged in February of 2015. The Applicant’s Character of Service is Under Other Than 
Honorable Conditions and the Narrative Reason is For The Good Of The Service.

The reason for his separation was due to misconduct which was heard at Special Court-Martial 01-14 dated 25 
January 2014.

He plead to Article 107 of the UCMJ involving False Statements. And Article 120 of the UCMJ involving 
Assault Consummated by a Battery. He was sentenced to Reduction to E-3 and confinement for 60 days. The 
Applicant did not provide any information or evidence which would merit an increase to the type of discharge. 
He was not present before the Board’s proceeding.
