EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: 
The Applicant was discharged in May of 2010. The Applicant's Character of Service is Honorable and the Narrative Reason for Separation is Pattern of Misconduct. 
The reason for the Application separation was due to a pattern of misconduct with several violations of the UCMJ. The recurring nature of the offenses were considered collectively and that warranted the separation. The Administrative Separation Board noted eight (8) offenses which were considered in this pattern of misconduct. The Board concluded the discharge was equitable to the standard set forth.
