DISCUSSION: The Board discussed the applicable policy and application submitted. The Board discussed 
the lack of evidence in the record and reported trace evidence from the member. The board discussed 
the lack of access to CGIS investigation. The Board found no evidence supplied by member sufficient to 
grant relief. 

RECOMMENDATION: The Board deemed that the applicant’s character of service, reason for separation 
and reenlistment code are appropriate and should not be changed. The applicant has not substantiated 
any error or inequity.
