This is in reference to your application for correction of your naval record pursuant to the provisions of 10 USC 1552. 
A review of your application revealed that you requested military service credi t at your present employment . You contend that you were discharged from the Temporary Disabilit y Retirement List (TDRL) after f i ve years and not provided service credit f or those years by your current employer. First, it is important to note that service members on the TDRL do not accumulate service cr edit. second, the Board does not have the authority to make changes t o your civil ian employment record. The change you are requesting fal ls outside the statutory juri sdi ction of the Board. Accordingly, we are administratively closing your application.
