A review of your application determined that you submitted a request to be considered for Combat-Related Special Compensation (CRSC) without exhausting your administrative remedies. The 8 August 2013 decision to deny your request for CRSC was based on a 2011 CRSC Board denial that d id not include Fibromyalgia. Your current application is based on a 2015 Department of Veterans Affairs decision to issue you a disability rating for Fibromyalgia and this condition was not previously considered by the CRSC Board.
