This is in reference to your application for correction of your naval record pursuant to the provisions of 10 use 1552. Your application was l ocated and administratively ~e-opened for consideration. 
A review of your applicationˇdetermined that you submitted a request to have t he Physical Evaluation Board (PEB) finding that your epilepsy condition was not combat related. A det ermination by the PEB that a disabilityˇ is not combat-related may be appealed by service members to the Navy Judge Advocate General (JAG) . The appeal shall be by letter addressed to the Judge Advocate General of the Navy (Code 131), Washington Navy Yard, 1322 Patterson Ave SE, Suite 3000, Washington, DC 20374-5066 and shall set forth the reasons the member disagrees with the determination of the PEB. Since you failed to exhaust your administrative remedies by requesting a JAG review, we are administratively closing your application. Once JAG has reviewed your 
request, you may submit another application to this Board if necessary.
