CONCLUSION Upon review and consideration ofall the evidence ofrecord, and especially in light ofthe contents of enclosure (2), the Board finds the existence of an injustice warranting the following corrective action. Petitioner was eligible for a zone "B" SRB for $12,000; however, due to administrative oversight Petitioner's term was not long enough in order to receive the full SRB amount, and Petitioner's reenlistment contract erroneously reflects $11,000 (a lower amount). RECOMMENDATION That Petitioner's naval record be corrected, where appropriate, to show that: The enlistment/reenlistment document (DD Form 4), executed on or about 24 August 2016 is modified to read ...this date for "5 years and 2 months" vice "4 years and 10 months", and ZONE B SRBP AMOUNT "$12,000" vice "$11,000". Note: all other remarks remain the same. This change will entitle the member to a zone "B" SRB for MOS 6156, which is capped at $12,000 for 48 months of additional obligated service. Remaining obligated service to 28 September 2017 will be deducted from SRB computation. A copy ofthis Report ofProceedings will be filed in Petitioner's naval record. 4.
