Documentary material considered by the Board consisted of the enclosures, relevant portions of Petitioner’s naval records, and applicable statutes, regulations and policies. 3. The Board, having reviewed all the facts of record pertaining to Petitioner’s allegations of error and injustice finds as follows: a. Before applying to this Board, Petitioner exhausted all administrative remedies available under existing law and regulations within the Department of the Navy. b. Petitioner contends that he was on temporary assignment away from his ship, the USS , during which, his cycle 2-2015 PRT results were not entered in his PRIMS record. c. The Commanding Officer, USS submitted enclosure (2), to PRPO (N170B), requesting that Petitioner’s PRIMS record for cycle 2-2015 be updated. Enclosure (2) includes justification for his request, in addition to Petitioner’s PRT and Body Composition Assessment (BCA) data. d. In enclosure (3), PRPO N170 advised that Petitioner must provide the official command scoresheet for cycle 2-2015 or a Letter of Correction citing “Program Mismanagement.” CONCLUSION: Upon review and consideration of all the evidence of record, the Board finds the existence of an injustice warranting corrective action. The Board noted the Commanding Officer’s (CO) request to correct Petitioner’s PRIMS record. The Board determined that the CO’s request provided sufficient justification for the correction to Petitioner’s PRT and BCA PRIMS record. The Board thus concluded that Petitioner’s PRIMS record shall be updated to reflect the cycle 2-2015 PRT and BCA data contained in enclosure (2). RECOMMENDATION: Petitioner’s PRIMS record be corrected by updating his cycle 2-2015 Physical Readiness Assessment using the PRT and BCA data contained in enclosure (2).
